How do i find a serial number for aniMate 2 Im using DAZ 3D Studio. Getting your DS serial and then pasting it in here would've been the easier route. I've never had a need to enter any serial numbers when loading aniMate plugins - I just load them in, check out the about page (and possibly download some of the included goodies) and continue on my way. I have not created a new character using the full version of Animate and have no idea how this could be solved, if it can be.īy the way, I'm a little surprised that the only way to get the Animate2 serial is to insert it before the (invalid) Animate2 serial number, as this is not an unusual situation for a DS user. However, I have discovered that the animate2 plugin in 4.9 does not allow me to choose Animorph when I create a new character, only morph and morph to morphs. I purchased Animate Lite on the belief that Animate Lite also worked on 4.9 and would also allow me to use Animorph. No, the animate2 plugin is only for DS 4.9 or earlier. I am not prepared to purchase a version of DAZ Studio 4.9 just to enable Animate Lite to work. I really think this needs to be addressed. I also have not seen any option for the Animate2 plugin to allow the use of Animorphs on the avatar (as far as I can see). If you have the ability to make morphs on the avatar, you must use a version of DAZ Studio 4.9. It will also not allow you to morph your character to morphs.
If you continue to use 4.9, please be aware that you have no option to create a morph on the avatar. They have also removed the ability to use morphs on the avatar.
They also have removed the ability to have the avatar morph to morphs, which is a huge issue for people who are trying to use Animorphs on 3ds Max. I have seen your comment about DAZ limiting the use of the Animate2 plugin.
